The Ikoku Corporation is committed to ethical standards that entail the identification and avoidance or mitigation of conflicts of interest.
Therefore, persons engaged in any activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Corporation are expected to uphold the following:
Identification and Reporting
— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure the effective identification and reporting of possible conflicts of interest arising from engagement in activities, decisions and operations.
Review and Approval
— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure that identifying and reporting a possible conflict of interest lead to an efficacious process of review, clearing, counsel to avoid, or approval, where appropriate.
— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure the identification, reporting, review and approval of conflict-of-interest situations meet applicable law and regulation.
Accordance with Ethics
— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.
Accordance with Mission
— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Corporation and The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.
As stated earlier, The Ikoku Corporation User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for or pertaining to The Ikoku Corporation (as well as the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates). By continuing, you indicate that you understand that the Codes and Policies include — but are not limited to — the Founding and Mission Statement, the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics, the Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service, and the Acceptable Uses Policy along with all Associated Codes and Policies.
