On Being Reasonably Transparent
Overview
The Ikoku Corporation is committed to transparency that is responsible, responsive and protective, thus ethical andĀ reasonable.

Accuracy of Records
ā that The Ikoku Corporation keep and maintain accurateĀ records, without falsification or misrepresentation, of pertinent activities and operations as required by applicable law and regulation.
Disclosure and Reporting
ā that The Ikoku Corporation disclose reports from such accurate records of activities and operations,Ā without falsification or misrepresentation, to appropriate parties as required by applicable law and regulation.
Reasonableness of Transparency
ā that The Ikoku Corporation ensure all communication, disclosure, notification and reporting fulfill and meet the following requirements for āreasonable transparencyā:

Sole Approval of Records and Reporting
ā that The Ikoku Corporation ensure all above accurate records and required disclosure and reporting be reviewed, approved and authorized by written instrument signed and sealed of Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, the sole Founder and Owner.
Accordance with Ethics
ā that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.
Accordance with Mission
ā that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with theĀ founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Corporation and The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founderās Agreement.

The Ikoku Corporation takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
Your Duty to Organizational Integrity
