Therefore, persons engaged in any activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Corporation are expected to uphold the following:

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure the evocation of and reference to safety mean and include only evidence-based and proven causes or means of harm to mental and physical health and evidence-based and proven means of prevention or reduction of said harms.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure the evocation of and reference to security mean and include only evidence-based and proven causes or means of of theft, trespassing and other unauthorized use and visit of real and intellectual property and evidence-based and proven means of prevention or reduction of said occurrences.

— that The Ikoku Corporation provide and maintain safe environments and spaces for its activities and operations, and develop and integrate practices toward that end.

— that The Ikoku Corporation provide and maintain secure environments and spaces for its activities and operations, and develop and integrate practices toward that end.

— that The Ikoku Corporation hold the following, monitoring, stalking, targeting, tracking or surveillance of, or intimate or intrusive violation of the confidentiality and privacy of, any natural person without the express written consent of that person to constitute — without exception — a high degree of risk and high degree of harm to the safety and security of that person incompatible with the founding, mission and operation of The Ikoku Corporation.

— and that The Ikoku Corporation require and ensure that any activity, operation, program or other action involving any of the above be immediately ceased, reported to the Founder and Owner, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and reviewed for causes, remedy and further prevention.

— that The Ikoku Corporation obtain, keep current and comply with required safety and security permits and applicable law and regulation.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Corporation and The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.

The Ikoku Corporation strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so asks that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Policy on Safety and Security, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Corporation takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.

And you further legally accept and agree that no application, interpretation, judgment, or other compliance, proceeding, or reading from, of, with, or otherwise relating to the Founding Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or any equivalent code, policy, or other document or material shall, in any way, entail any abrogation, diminishment, interference, or violation pertaining to any of the terms, conditions, principles, requirements, rights — including the attendant properties and protections — of company and organizational integrity.
