— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure evocations of and references to environmental concerns, harms and remedies mean and include only evidence-based and scientifically proven harms to the biospheres and physical and vegetative environment, and evidence-based and scientifically proven remedies to such harms.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure evocations of and references to sustainability mean and include only evidence-based and scientifically proven reduction of the above harms, and evidence-based and scientifically proven application of the above remedies.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure periodic assessments of activities and operations impact on biospheres and physical and vegetative environments, and on the sustainability of communities and societies where such activities and operations are conducted.

— that The Ikoku Corporation make every reasonable effort to reduce consumption of biohazardous substances, through conservation, re-use, recycling, substitution or other measures.

— that The Ikoku Corporation make every reasonable effort to reduce air and noise emissions that pose evidence-based and scientifically proven biohazards to the biospheres and physical and vegetative environment.

— that The Ikoku Corporation implement a regulations-abiding and systematic approach to reducing and responsibly disposing of or recycling scientifically proven biohazardous waste.

— that The Ikoku Corporation obtain, keep current and comply with required environmental permits and reporting requirements of applicable law and regulation.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.

— that The Ikoku Corporation ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Corporation and The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.

The Ikoku Corporation strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so asks that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Policy on Societal Impact and Sustainability, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Corporation takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.

And you further legally accept and agree that no application, interpretation, judgment, or other compliance, proceeding, or reading from, of, with, or otherwise relating to the Founding Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or any equivalent code, policy, or other document or material shall, in any way, entail any abrogation, diminishment, interference, or violation pertaining to any of the terms, conditions, principles, requirements, rights — including the attendant properties and protections — of company and organizational integrity.
